Intensive Training Camps
Our camps are specifically designed for advanced wrestlers offering an intense environment to train the technical, cardiovascular, muscular, combat, & mental aspects of wrestling. Our training camps are limited to 50 wrestlers and offer you the opportunity to learn from world class technicians in the environment of a small camp. Each day will offer opportunities to develop a championship work ethic and mind set, as well as the opportunity to compete in live matches. Daily workouts during this time will be an integral part of the camp. Wrestlers will have the opportunity each day to engage in live competitive wrestling, weight training, conditioning drills, and mental training exercises. The day will begin with a morning run, on the ranches horse riding trails, followed by a log workout then a break for breakfast. The rest of the morning will be devoted to wrestling technique including, takedowns, bottom work, top work and pinning combinations. From 1:30-5:00 each day, wrestlers will drill technique, mentally train, learn combat drills to enhance skills and be exposed to workouts that will boost strength, speed, and confidence and alternately be engaged in team building and leisure activities. From 6:30-9:30 each evening wrestlers will engage in  Outdoor Challenge Activities and other team competition activities as listed on Team Competition page. It is strongly advised that campers arrive with a high level of conditioning in order to make the most of this intense camp. Wrestlers will receive nearly 40 hours of wrestling instruction from world class coaches. Wrestlers will also have the opportunity for 1 on 1 work with clinicians and camp counselors as time warrants. This camp is designed for those dedicated to maximizing their abilities.


Typical Daily Schedule: (Activities will vary from day to day around wrestling technique, group activities and team competitions)

6:45 AM - Wake-up Run and log workout

7:45 AM - Breakfast

9:00- 12:00 PM - Wrestling Technique

12:00 PM - 1:30 PM - Lunch

1:30 - 5:00 PM - Wrestling Technique and/or Group Activities

5:00 - 6:00 PM - Dinner

6:30 - 9:30 PM - Outdoor Challenge events, Group Activities

9:30 - 10:30 PM - Events, Recreation, Group Discussions

11:00 PM - Lights Out
